Half A World Away is a non-profit charity project based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We have volunteers in both Canada
and the Philippines that strives to assist two very worthy Philippine-based organizations, the Holy Family Parish Committee
on Children's Activities (CCA) in Makati City and the Franciscan Lay Associates Mission Endeavours (FLAME)

NEWS FLASH!!!!!
This week September 18-22 2006, the Social Committee of TIC Travel Insurance is holding a Charity Raffle
to benefit Half A World Away and the CIBC Run for the Cure.
Money raised for Half A World Away will be used to ship donated used clothing, books and toys to the street
children of Brgy San Isidro in Makati City, Philippines through the Holy Family Parish CCA.
